Overview

We partnered with Green Street, a leading commercial real estate intelligence firm, to completely redesign their core analytics platform and build a scalable atomic design system for their enterprise SaaS product.

Research-First Strategy

We began with an intensive 60-day research phase—conducting over 30 in-depth customer interviews, shadowing users, running stakeholder workshops, and mapping the full end-to-end customer journey. This allowed us to identify key friction points in the user experience and align product features with actual workflows and decision-making behavior.

Approach & Execution

Armed with insight, we applied a service design framework to co-create solutions with product and engineering teams. Our redesign focused on reducing friction in key workflows—search, compare, export, and analyze—while optimizing SaaS KPIs like activation and retention.

Design System & UX

To streamline development and scale consistently, we built a modular Atomic Design System in Figma, complete with documentation and global component linking. We also restructured the information architecture, introduced a new navigation logic, and delivered responsive, data-rich UI patterns tailored to analysts, financial advisors, and institutional users.
