Project: Digital transformation initiative for the Port Authority of NY/NJ
Re-design the website for The Port Authority of NY/NJ. A multi-billion dollar organization that operates seven bridges and tunnels, all NY/NJ Airports, The PATH train system, The World Trade Center and three bus terminals.
Scope
• Designed highly complex API driven transportation components for commuters across air, train, rail and road as well as businesses and shippers using the Port of NY/NJ.
• Implemented design sprints, design thinking, and service design framework for gathering stakeholder and user needs.
• Ran workshops with all Port Authority departments with the goal of aligning all stakeholders to requirements and progress.
• Ultimate challenge was to always be the voice of the user and an advocate for a human centered approach.
• Executed and managed UX research and UX design deliverables such as journey maps, stakeholder maps, interviews, wireframes, service blueprinting, personas and mind mapping,
